Dean Boskovich moved to Asheville at 19.

The day after he arrived, he landed a job at Eric Scheffer’s restaurant Vinnie’s Neighborhood Italian and worked his way up through the kitchen to a chef position. Dean has worked in respected kitchens like Gan Shan Station, Jettie Rae’s Oyster House, and Lake Yellowstone Hotel. Today, he serves as the Culinary Director for all of Eric Scheffer’s concepts.
